Not perfect but really good for the price. I have little use for colour modes, BUT... it is VERY nice to be able to adjust the "temperature" of the white light to match other lights and your personal preference... Cooler and warmer are very nice. I have had it do two weird things so far after a month's usage with Amazon Alexa. One time when turned on it went into rapid flash mode like it wasn't "paired" as they call it. Re-paired it and all was great for a month. The second strange thing was it stopped responding to commands through my Amazon Echo Dot but still worked with the device specific app. I had to completely delete it from both the app and Amazon and re-pair it and start fresh. Hard to say if this was an Amazon "skill" issue or a device issue. It is bright enough. It is easy to set up using the app. You can also just use it as a light with the regular power switch, though there is a slight delay when turning it on. While I use Amazon Alexa home automation with this device, my son uses Google Home and has reported no issues with it at all with Google Home.
